How long does it take to clean and preserve my gown?

Every gown is different. Our average is 8-12 weeks, however, depending upon the detail of your gown and the materials it’s made of it could take longer or shorter.

After I preserve my gown, can I open the packaging without damaging the gown?

Yes, Just open your box, but make sure you put a pair of gloves on before you handle your gown so that the oils from your hands will not get on the dress.
